People Experience Lead Description:
The role and responsibilities include but not limited to leading and coordinating the implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through sourcing, recruiting, hiring, orientating and retention of talent at franchised owned McDonald's restaurants.
To build strong relationships with staff and management to assure people strategies and initiatives are being executed efficiently.
To demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors that support Murray Enterprises, Inc.
's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Orientation & Onboarding:
Assures all pre-onboarding tasks are efficiently and accurately conducted.
Facilitates orientations as needed to welcome new hires to the organization.
Partner with the restaurant to assure onboarding tasks are done within compliance to legal regulations and company policies.
Training, Development & Engagement:
Support the restaurant managers with crew and management development.
Facilitate stay interviews with new employees on days 14, 30, 60, &90.
Follow up on the training programs in the restaurants.
Understand the review completion process in the restaurant and provide assistance as needed.
Adhere to retention programs in the restaurant Partner with General Management on crew recognition programs.
Follow up on the crew and management survey process.
Experience, Skills, &
Qualifications:
1-2 years recruitment experience in retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to leverage current recruitment technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust quickly to change.
Excellent organizational skills, along with strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
Ability to create and implement a plan for designated locations.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with colleagues.
High mobile and the ability to travel and provide support to designated locations.
Schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
