This position supports our Contractor Equipment Division (CED) in Rogers, MN.
At CED, our product line meets the needs of painting, striping, texturing, protective coating, fire proofing, spray foam and general contractors and includes all types of airless sprayers, line stripers, pressure washers, spray foam rigs and other proportioning solutions.

/>Job PurposeProvide computer graphics, illustrations and design concepts to support the product teams-technical writers, training, advertising, marketing and engineering.
Also responsible for the technical graphics workflow within a project team to expedite production and ensure standards are met.
Assist in the creative design, development and production of complex multi-media projects.
Essential Duties Define and manage individual design schedules, without supervision, work successfully from initial concept to prototypes through final deliverables Determine, direct and produce all creative design requirements for individual projects assigned Collaborate with technical teams to assess, design and develop 3D/Animation and/or video solutions to meet project objectives as well as improve time, cost and efficiencies Utilize a wide-range of media from the traditional to the latest in 3D animations, video, Flash/motion and interactive capabilities Exercise independent judgment in the development of visual styles and standards used in video, animation, and interactive multi-media Advises/implements ways to expand and increase efficiency of department production processes and file organization Create and design 3D cutaways and exploded animations of products Storyboard, direct, and produce video for use in Training, Marketing, and Advertising Assist in the design and maintenance of an up-to-date filing system of all illustrations animation/video projects Provide composting and compression for digital media Develop specialty skills and advanced techniques to expand and diversify the graphics capabilities Research and recommend new equipment technologies and software applications to continuously improve efficiencies, save time and money Performs special projects as assigned Position RequirementsEssential
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field, Associate's degree in Animation, or equivalent experience 5
years of experience in technical or communication graphics Mastery of key design software tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software, Motion, Final Cut Pro, and interactive media (Flash,DTML,etc.
) Must possess excellent conceptual and technical design skills Awareness of traditional animation principles and knowledge of the terminology with strong 3D technical skills Ability to edit and compress video and a willingness to learn video production Good organizational and analytical skills, including establishment of project schedules and resource allocation Experience with video editing and compression software Desirable
Qualifications:
Interactive media (Flash, DHTML, etc.
