We are looking for an applicant that is dependable, a team player, and wants to grow the department! The Accessories Manager is responsible for all operations within the Accessories department:
working with customers and finding what accessories fit their needs, ordering accessories and keeping track of in-stock parts, & scheduling accessories installation with our service department.
This is a very fast paced position in a high-volume dealership.
Schedule:
Alternate morning and evening shifts Monday-Friday with the ability to work on a Saturday.
Note if you work on a Saturday you will be granted a different day off that week Job Tasks Include:
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Provide accessory options to customers by educating them and assisting them in determining what products they should purchase to meet their needs.
Present customers with price quotes on accessory products.
Ensure purchase order is completed accurately and presented to the Finance department.
Maintain open communications with Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, Technicians when accessories have arrived and the next step of action.
Partner with Service departments to ensure customers accessories are being installed timely.
Communicate with the Sales department when the customers accessories have been installed, and the customer vehicle is ready for pick up or drop off.
Remain educated on current products and continue to learn about new products in the industry.
Handle customer accessory complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
